Transient Polarity Phenomena

An interesting phenomenon occurs when quickly connecting and disconnecting a wire at a positive or negative terminal of a powered circuit. You will notice that the negative produces a blue spark, and even possibly planar geometry. The positive pole will produce a yellow/orange/red spark and possibly spherical geometry if carefully observed. This appears to be consistent with Walter Russell's theories; in particular, he describes the cubic (planar) geometry of space and the spherical geometry of the manifestation of matter, which is actually polarized "balanced rhythmic interchange" of paired kinetic electrical spirals. If Walter Russell's theories (actually a unified comprehensive theory) are correct, the understanding these phenomena might provide great insight into the nature of matter, chemistry and fundamental elements (gravity, momentum, what is called 'strong' or 'weak' forces, etc.). Walter Russell describes his theories in great detail, which take some contemplation to understand. Eric P. Dollard has been developing more theoretical understanding of transient electrical physics, which should at some point converge with Russell's theories if Russell is correct. Ed Leedskalnin made note of these phenomena also, who might add some perspective to the investigations.

 Better Coil Field Output

Paul Babcock has recently discovered that a slotted steel core, using a Bedini coil produces far better field strength and size. Apparently the hollow steel geometry and ferric composition with the slot provides for much higher efficiency of electrical power to field strength, preventing heaviside field effect losses. This could be a significant improvement over Bedini's practice of using steel nails for cores.

Materials Science

It may be very productive to investigate the electrical properties and structure of natural materials as opposed to manufactured synthetic materials in a different context than that currently being done. Nature likes to build materials with dendritic/fractal structure (cotton, wood, insect chitin, etc.). Keeping in mind Eric Dollard's work describing dielectric versus conductive properties of materials, and Walter Russell's theories it could be a very fruitful area of research. Dendritic structured materials appear to have very high dielectric capacities, whereas manufactured (amorphous) materials in general have conductive (EM reflective) and low dielectric properties. Via Dollard's research, conductive means reflective, traveling along the skin of the conductor, against the dielectric (insulation/air); dielectric means capacity to store electric power. There are some very important implications here; for instance, biocompatibility of clothing (cotton/natural fibers vs. synthetics), and there is some indication that there could even be anti-gravity effects involved with some materials due to their micro-geometry. The old problem of how bumblebees can fly could be informed by these investigations (for more on that, see Ralph Ring's comments). Aerodynamics and fluid dynamics have already been a major area of R & D by the military and industry, associated with electric properties of materials.

Walter Rusell Coil Design

Walter Russell apparently was able to co-develop a 'free energy' / over unity energy device with the U.S. military that was to be announced by President Kennedy in 1961. Per the usual with this type of event, this never came to pass. Efforts have been made by a number of investigators to construct coils that make use of the principle of rhythmic balanced interchange that Walter Russell described as fundamental to nature. The following website offers some intriguing insights into Walter Russell's theory and how a conical geometry coil might be made to adhere to nature's principles: http://walter-russell.com/documents/coildesign.html . Building on Walter Russell's work, is this idea from here: http://walter-russell.com/coil-design/ (see fig. 8 and associated comments).

Orbital/Spin Dynamics

It should be very productive to investigate the orbital/revolution - spin/rotation dynamics of micro to macro bodies. According to Walter Russell, there is a complementary relationship between the revolution and spin of bodies, from the subatomic level scaled all the way up to celestial bodies. Electromagnetics of intermeshed fields may be determined to exhibit very precise conservation of energy relationships between their rate of revolution and rate of rotation. WR's view is that all paired bodies in orbital relationship are rhythmically cycling from anode/compression to cathode/dispersion. This cyclical process predicts slower rotation and faster revolution toward the compressed cathode pole, then faster rotation and slower revolution at the cathode pole. The period of this cyclical process can be in nanoseconds to eons, depending on the scale. This goes to the heart of current research going on in the field of Sympathetic Vibratory Physics (SVP). A principle involved is that circular magnetic fields are in equilibrium, whereas when there is a 'wobble' or oscillation, polarity develops as the system seeks to re-establish equilibrium - which is where energy can be tapped.

Is Electrical Power Really Kinetic?

If one studies the work of John Keely and Walter Russell, say, via the information that Dale Pond is consolidating at svpvril.com, there is the model of electricity as actually having a type of physical kinetic characteristic, as especially indicated by the way that our power utilities generate it. This understanding is being supported now by the work of Eric P. Dollard (transient phenomena and Quadrature model) and Jim Murray (see dynaflux, SERPS and his commentaries via interviews). If you think about it, our power grid (the non-renewable part) is actually being energized by massive rotating (kinetic) hardware that is breaking powerful magnetic fields - in effect 'flinging' the electrical energy into the conducting power lines using great physical forces. In addition, it has been pointed out by a couple of researchers that the power utilities are actually not grounding the service lines, but 'grounding' it back into the utility lines so that they in effect can circulate a hefty amount of the same original 'kinetic' energy (with some losses) so you can pay for some of your power multiple times! Nice business model, eh? You could say it increases the efficiencies, but by N. Telsla standards ("could be 1000 times more efficient"), utilities are using "destructive polarizing closed circuit" methods to generate electricity by continual fuel combustion and the associated toxic effects on the environment anyway, so it is not like they are in the universe of 'efficient' as Nicolai Tesla understood it. There is a new approach (decades old in terms of discovery dates, aside from ancient megalithic civilizations) that makes use of "open" circuits that "tap the wheel-work of nature" as N. Tesla put it. The idea is that there is vibratory power in the Zero Point of space/vacuum that can be sympathetically/harmonically tapped with the correct configuration and frequencies. Eric P. Dollard is making great strides in working out the mathematical details and representation of how electrical power actually manifests and can be utilized more effectively. Others with more concrete engineering sans the theory are discovering aspects of the working principles, such as Jim Murray (with the help of Peter Lindemann and others). Jim Murray reports his experience with a section of the power grid in Michigan where he demonstrated quite graphically how much power can be tapped with N. Telsa's approach, as power lines turned red-hot and circuits began blowing! Just think what can be done with a little better understanding and testing! N. Tesla's claims have on a number of occassions been proven to be quite accurate and not exaggerations. For more conventional support for these theories, see Joseph Feynman and other Quantum Mechanics theorists that describe the potential power in the vacuum. Joseph Feynman's comment is that QED (Quantum Electro Dynamics) can be described as the "perturbation theory of the electromagnetic quantum vacuum." Incidentally, he makes other quite poignant remarks such as "Renormalization is a hocus-pocus shell game" - for those of you interested in how mathematics is used in Quantum Mechanics theory, and Relativity Theory for that matter. There are many open doors to better understanding via new theory that conventional "math first, sensible concept later" approaches leave widely ajar.
